About the Role
Part-time Wound Care Physician position offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility with a focus on work-life balance. No nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.
Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states, utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. We offer physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship to ensure clinical excellence.
Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a routine 45-hour work week. This role is mobile, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in wound management through training from highly qualified, wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors.
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
- Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
- Perform clinical documentation at the point of care in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
Requirements
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.
- W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM), 4–5 days per week.
- Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week (weekdays only).
- No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
