Wound Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This full-time role is based in Sicklerville, NJ, and involves servicing skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all open wounds, including cleaning and dressing
• Complete admission paperwork for new residents
• Provide advice and support to residents and their families
• Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments
• Document resident care services accurately
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols
• Resolve resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies

Requirements

• Current State NP or PA License
• Certification in Wound and Ostomy Care
• Proficiency in general office software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in long-term care preferred
