Wound Care Nurse ( LPN )

About the role

A.G. Rhodes is hiring a Wound Care LPN for their Atlanta community. This position is part-time every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care services to elders in a compassionate and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive elder care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Engage with elders and their families to build strong relationships.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to health and safety.

Requirements

• Current Georgia LPN License
• One year experience as a Wound Care nurse
• Wound Care nurse certification preferred
• Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred
• CPR/BLS First Aid Certification

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork among fellow LPN and CNA care partners
• Superb wound care documentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
