Responsibilities

• Evaluates new and existing in/out patient’s wound and monitors and treats the wound as per treatment policies and procedures.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.
• Communicates with physicians/CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in patient’s condition or response to treatment.
• Able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Indiana RN or LPN Licensure in good standing.
• Wound Care Certification and Experience preferred.
• ACLS Certification
• BLS Certification
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus or Tuition Reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.
