Wound Care LPN

The Wound Care Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of wound care treatment programs for residents within the skilled nursing facility. This role ensures compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations while promoting optimal skin health, healing, and prevention of pressure injuries and other wounds.
