About the role

The Advanced Practice Provider, Wound Care position at HealthPartners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at the HealthPartners Specialty Center in St. Paul, MN. This role is part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities and requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient encounters and treatments accurately and timely.
• Contribute to the educational development of other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• A current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experience in wound care or related field preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Completion of relevant post-graduate training programs.
