Wound Care and Hyperbaric Nurse Manager

About the role

This leadership role oversees daily operations and ensures high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient and outpatient locations, focusing on wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric shared services.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Develop programs and supervise personnel
• Collaborate with providers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver value-based care
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Develop departmental strategies and achieve performance goals
• Manage human resources and foster a culture of safe, compassionate care
• Handle resource management, staff training, communication, and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience
• Budget management skills
• Team-building abilities

Preferred

• Healthcare or clinical licenses
• Experience in wound care
• Knowledge of hyperbaric medicine

• Visual, auditory, and manual dexterity tasks necessary for patient and equipment interaction
