Hyperbaric and Wound Care Nurse Manager

About the role

This leadership role oversees daily operations and ensures high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient and outpatient sites within a shared service focused on wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational, quality improvement, and strategic initiatives
• Develop and monitor budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Foster a patient-centered culture
• Lead personnel management including hiring, performance reviews, and staff development
• Coordinate communication with providers and staff
• Maintain facility and equipment functionality
• Address customer service concerns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience
• Experience in budget management and team development

• Valid clinical license or equivalent
• BLS certification if applicable
