Worship Leader (part time)

About the role

The Worship Leader at Crossview Church is responsible for creating a vibrant worship culture where people encounter God. Key expectations include planning and leading weekly rehearsals and worship services, using technology tools like Subsplash and ProPresenter, managing the worship budget, fostering a supportive team environment, and modeling Christ-like behavior.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead weekly rehearsals and worship services in collaboration with other worship pastors and the Lead Pastor.
• Use Subsplash and ProPresenter to schedule, communicate with team members, and create and load service flows.
• Plan and oversee the worship budget, including annual planning.
• Foster a culture where team members feel loved, cared for, and encouraged to grow spiritually and in musical skill.

Requirements

• A love for Jesus and a passion for leading others in worship.
• Closely work with the Senior Pastor and volunteers to plan and lead worship experiences.
• Model a Christ-centered life by maintaining a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus, connecting in a small group, prioritizing family, and demonstrating a teachable spirit and commitment to personal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading worship and music ministry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a budget and plan events.
• Passion for Crossview Church's mission and values.
