The Role

The Worship Director at Cascade Fellowship is a pivotal leader who will help shape how their church’s voice is raised to God. This person will lead and steward the musical and worship life of the church, by guiding a team of volunteers, crafting services, and ensuring worship is both heartfelt and theologically grounded.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in leading worship and music
• Ability to shepherd the congregation spiritually

• Bachelor's degree in Music, Theology, or related field
• Experience in a similar role
