Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure fans safety and security by conducting careful entry screening and inspections.
• This will include the tactful messaging of prohibited items or non-compliant bags that cannot be allowed into the stadium.
• Conduct a secondary inspection as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
• Conduct pat downs as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
• Operate the Evolv Machine consistently and follow proper protocols to keep prohibited items from entering the stadium.
• Aid guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations.
• You must commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and report any suspicious activity and/or behavior to your area supervisor.
• Appropriately identify and escalate security concerns to your supervisor or nearest Law Enforcement Officer as needed.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in an exciting environment.
• Ability to take direction and demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities on event day.
• Ability to work full stadium events to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Some positions may require the repeated climbing of stairs.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment

• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud/very loud on event days.
• This position may require work in inclement weather to include heat, cold, rain, snow.
