- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs
- Improve job matching services
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features

- Ensure data security and compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or project management
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React or Angular
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
- Understanding of API design and integration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express)
