Workplace Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage assigned workplace programs including Coffee and Food Service, Parking Management, Space Planning, and Clean Buildings Act compliance coordination.
• Develop program standards, service expectations, stakeholder communications and coordination, vendor oversight practices, and documentation.
• Create and maintain professional documentation including procedures, standards, presentations, reports, business cases, communications, and operational playbooks.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, and/or functional department support required, preferably in a financial institution.
• Financial institution experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Pay

The target salary range for this position is $26.35–$32.93 per hour, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $26.35–$39.52 per hour.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, combining in-person and remote work.
