Workplace Operations Supervisor
GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
The Workplace Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the U.S. headquarters and remote offices. This role oversees facilities management, workplace services, and administrative processes, creating a productive, safe, and well-organized work environment that supports employees and business objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes and systems for U.S. headquarters, customer support center, and remote sales offices.
Manage office budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs.
Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment and services.
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with building management, external vendors, and service providers across all nine North America locations.
Plan and execute office moves, expansions, and space optimization initiatives.
Maintain workplace standards, ensuring a clean, safe and functional environment.
Create a positive and engaging workplace environment that enhances employee productivity.
Lead workplace initiatives, events, and programs that support company culture.
Address employee requests and concerns related to the workplace.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and emergency preparedness plans.
Manage incident reporting and resolution related to facilities or administration.
Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities management.
