We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide third-tier audiovisual support for conference rooms and IT infrastructure across multiple locations. Responsibilities Include Offering remote and onsite AV support for conference room equipmentDesigning AV systems and advising on hardware and installation standardsTroubleshooting technical issues, documenting problems, and escalating complex casesTraining and mentoring junior team members on problem resolution and proceduresMaintaining technical documentation, developing SOPs, and leading small IT projects Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldOver 5 years of enterprise audio and visual systems experienceKnowledge of Microsoft 365, workstation, and networking technologiesUnderstanding of industry standards for AV systems and network administrationStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build effective stakeholder relationshipsIntermediate project management experience
