Workplace Experience Associate

About the role

The Workplace Experience Associate will plan and execute company events, own internal culture initiatives, manage day-to-day office operations, and assist with cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute company events including offsites, happy hours, team lunches, milestone celebrations, and holiday parties
• Own internal culture initiatives including onboarding support and employee recognition
• Manage day-to-day office operations such as supplies, snacks/beverages, work-stations, mail, plants, and general office upkeep
• Troubleshoot facilities issues and maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming physical workspace
• Support cross-functional projects and help build scalable processes

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in office management, workplace experience, event planning, HR coordination, hospitality, executive support, or related operational role
• Passion for creating great experiences for people
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, comfortable talking to vendors, executives, and new hires
• Technical proficiency across a variety of software systems (Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, ERP systems, AP/AR systems)
• Experience managing a budget or vendor contracts

Pay

$55,000 to $75,000 annual salary based on experience
