Workplace Experience Associate
About the role
Agentio enables marketers to buy creator-led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes. The company is on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators, delivering better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to be paid in proportion to the value they create. Major brands like Unilever (spending $9–10B annually) are moving roughly half their ad budget into social and creators, and Agentio provides the performance-grade infrastructure for those dollars to flow with speed, control, and measurement. The platform serves brands including Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas, applying AI-native real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of content pieces, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation (Series B led by Forerunner, backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp), and was named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups 2025 and Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026.
As the company enters its next phase of growth, this role owns day-to-day operations of the NYC office. You will report to the VP of Finance & Operations and partner with the People team and functional leads to turn cultural direction into execution. This is a build role with no existing playbook—you will create the standards, systems, and routines that let the office scale from its current state to the next headcount phase.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day operations of the NYC office: facilities, security and access, supplies, mail and deliveries, and relationships with landlord and building management
- Set operational standards and playbooks for how the office runs so they hold up as the company grows
- Plan and execute space changes (desk reconfigurations, expansion, relocation) using headcount and utilization data
- Partner with People team and functional leads to plan and execute team events, offsites, all-hands, and celebrations—from vendor planning through day-of execution
- Run the daily office experience: food and beverage, snacks, kitchen, and work/gathering spaces
- Write clear workplace communications so employees know what's happening, what's changing, and who to ask
- Gather feedback on the workplace and turn it into improvements
- Own the office side of new-hire onboarding with People Ops: seating, equipment, badges, and access so every new hire's first day works
- Provision, track, and manage laptops, peripherals, and office hardware; act as first line of support for workplace IT (Wi-Fi, conference rooms, printers, AV)
- Administer workplace tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and building access systems
- Research, evaluate, and recommend vendors (catering, cleaning, supplies, IT hardware, maintenance, security); negotiate terms and manage contracts and renewals
- Manage the workplace budget in partnership with Finance: forecasting, tracking spend, and reporting
- Ensure the office meets health, safety, and building compliance requirements
- Build and maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans for the office
Requirements
- 2+ years in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or event planning, ideally at a fast-growing tech company
- Proven ability to build something from scratch—a process, program, or system that didn't exist before—rather than only maintaining inherited systems
- Comfort with technology: can set up a laptop, troubleshoot conference rooms, and learn new admin consoles without hand-holding
- Fluent with AI tools and eager to use them to work faster and cover more ground
- Experience managing a budget or negotiating with vendors is a plus; a track record of keeping many moving parts on schedule is required
- Strong judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Excellent communication and ability to build alignment across leaders and teams
- High bar for follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and a changing office footprint
- Experience with workplace and IT tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Okta, Brivo or similar) is a plus
Schedule
This role is based in the New York, NY office and is in-office five days a week. Running the office means being there when it opens, when it closes, and when clients come in early; expect occasional early mornings and evenings around events and deliveries.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 per year, plus equity and benefits. Where you land in the range depends on experience and skills.
Benefits
- Flexible PTO – take the time you need to recharge
