The Workplace Design Lead, Corporate Real Estate is responsible for leading workplace design initiatives across corporate real estate projects from initial programming and space planning through construction, furniture installation, and occupancy.
Responsibilities
- Develop test fits for proposed locations either independently or by managing external architectural and design consultants
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction drawings, including incremental progress sets
- Develop and manage furniture plans, layouts, and specifications
Requirements
- 7+ years of expertise in interior design, construction coordination, and workplace furniture systems
- Strong design sensibility with technical knowledge, project management discipline, and a deep understanding of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- 4 Year Degree required
