Working Warhawk - Student Assistant

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet students and faculty, answer questions, and explain store policies.
• Upkeep: Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store.
• Cashiering: Process sales using cash, credit cards, or financial aid, and handle returns.
• Stock and Inventory: Receive & process shipments, shelve textbooks, stock merchandise, organize displays, and help count inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull items for online orders and pack shipments.
• Other duties as assigned, including assisting other units within Campus Services.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a student at AUM for the current or upcoming semester.

Skills

• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
