Your tasks

  • Maintain and enhance product documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Track action items, milestones, and project deliverables to support the successful execution of projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Create presentations, reports, and management materials.
  • Contribute to onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
  • Assist with requirements documentation, process modelling, and testing.
  • Involvement in initiatives aimed at improving team collaboration, modernizing trading systems, and optimizing business processes.

Key responsibilities

Support the Business Analysis team responsible for our 24/7 Gas Trading product and gain valuable insights into energy trading, product management, and software development. Collaboration with experienced colleagues across several European locations offers a unique opportunity to work in an international business and technology environment.

You bring along

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
  • Available to work 18–20 hours per week across three days alongside your studies.
  • Commitment to join us as a working student for at least three semesters and willingness to work regularly from our office in Leipzig.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities combined with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a proactive attitude towards achieving shared goals.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, or similar applications is considered an advantage.
  • Strong interest in business analysis, product management, software delivery, or energy markets and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
