Responsibilities
- Directed all phases of project lifecycles to ensure high-end luxury standards are met consistently.
- Caused coordination of field operations and project schedules to maintain strict alignment with client expectations.
- Executed daily project management tasks, ensuring all specialty installations adhere to technical specifications.
- Resolved real-time logistical and technical obstacles to prevent project delays in the field.
- Managed project budgets and resource allocation to optimize profitability across residential and industrial sites.
- Communicated regularly with stakeholders to provide transparent updates on project milestones and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with a solution-oriented and highly driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and professional communication skills suitable for high-end clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, based on specific project needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing specialty or high-end luxury construction builds.
- Proficiency in project management software and field documentation tools.
