Key Responsibilities

  • Involvement in strategic discussions and decision regarding potential new relationship models for CHCO and CUSOM Child Health Practice
  • Compensation plans
  • Leadership structure
  • Faculty support
  • Other design elements
  • Support and mentoring for leaders assuming work streams, including but not limited to STAR, Component agreements, Master Funding agreements, retention and GMES
  • Support for Hospital Leadership in terms of strategy
  • Other areas of focus directed by Hospital leadership

Qualifications

  • MD or D.O degree
  • Board certified in a child health related field
  • Experience in academic medical environment and appreciation for community practice
  • Substantial progressive experience in healthcare administration
  • Previous strategic and business operations experience

Condition of Employment

  • Must successfully pass a drug test through Children’s Hospital Colorado
  • Willing and able to pass a national criminal background check

Work Location

Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado.
