About the role

We are looking for a talented Working Leader to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Maxton, NC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you'll help maintain a safe work environment.
• Promote Health: Reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard ensures that health issues are addressed promptly.
• Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations will help maintain high safety and environmental standards.

• Quality Assurance: Performing quality inspections and identifying non-conforming materials will help maintain product standards.
• Efficiency: Achieving production goals and maintaining clean, orderly work areas will ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
• Team Support: Instructing and coaching others, and acting as a resource for team members, will foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Min Salary: $48,800
Max Salary: $73,200
