About the role
The Working Lead - Integration will oversee the integration of new systems and processes within the Operations department. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of operational efficiency.Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead project teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
