Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Adobe Workfront platform, including user access, permissions, roles, teams, layouts, and system configurations.
- Configure and manage project templates, custom forms, task statuses, and approval workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into project performance and operational metrics.
- Build and support workflow automations and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion and APIs.
- Configure and onboard new users, ensuring proper access, setup, and adoption of the platform.
- Troubleshoot system issues, respond to support requests, and maintain platform stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign execution, marketing workflows, and content delivery processes.
- Support integrations between Workfront and other enterprise platforms.
- Document workflows, system configurations, integrations, and best practices.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering Adobe Workfront in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of workflow configuration, project templates, custom forms, and reporting.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, or technology organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting marketing operations, campaign management, or content production workflows.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
