Responsibilities
- Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sessions.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting: calls made, meetings booked, qualified vs unqualified opportunities.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalations.
Requirements
- Spotless/fluent English - non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory).
- Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style.
- Able to explain things clearly to non-technical users.
- Highly disciplined and organized.
About The Role
On behalf of WorkforceTech Client #1, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Call Schedulerto engage with existing paying customers proactively. In this role, you will make outbound follow-up calls to active customers, build relationships, offer free training sessions, and help them maximize the value of the Connecteam platform. You will act as a helpful guide, ensuring customers feel supported and discover new ways to use the system effectively for their daily operations.
