Workforce Strategy & Innovation Lead - Life Sciences
- .
Requirements: The "Here's What You Need" list of required experience (candidates must have at least 8 years...). That's requirements.
Qualifications: Bonus Points list (MBA etc). Could be Qualifications or Skills. We'll treat as Qualifications.
Skills: maybe we can combine some but we need to follow headings list. We'll include Skills maybe from the bullet list of required experience? But we already used Requirements for that. Qualifications for bonus points. Skills maybe we can extract from description: "You Are A strategic leader and trusted advisor with deep Life Sciences expertise. You are a structured problem solver with extensive consulting and industry experience. You communicate clearly and credibly with C-suite executives. You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and know how to lead a team while staying close to the work. You have driven business development and built lasting client relationships. You bring energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for building something new." That's more like skills/attributes. Could be Skills section.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info: need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule, about.
We must not include application instructions like "Please call us..." etc. Those are boilerplate/EEO etc. Remove.
We must not include the accommodation request, EEO statement, etc.
We must not include the long list of locations? Actually the pay table includes location and salary ranges; we need to preserve that. It's a list of many locations with ranges. We'll keep as
- each location: range.
We must not include the "We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 11/06/2026." That's part of Pay section; we can include as a sentence.
We must not include the "Compensation at Accenture varies depending..." as part of Pay.
We must not include the "Benefits" link; we keep the description and link.
We must not include the "See more information on our benefits here:" link; we can keep as inside
. We must not include the "Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%." That's schedule. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

Schedule
Travel varies by client needs and could be up to 80%.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Requesting an Accommodation", EEO, etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience": none. Check for any invented detail: we preserved all. Check for any missing substantive info: The "We Are Accenture's Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice leads AI-driven enterprise transformation..." we included. The "You Are A strategic leader..." we included in Skills. The "Here's What You Need" we included as Requirements. The "Bonus Points" we included as Qualifications. The "Travel varies..." we included as Schedule. The benefits we included. The compensation table we included. The "We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 11/06/2026." we included. We omitted the list of many specific cities under "Role Location Annual Salary Range" after the table? Actually after the salary ranges there is a long list of cities: "New York City, NY Albany, NY Arlington, VA ...". That seems to be a list of locations where the role may be located. That is substantive info about location. Should we include? The instruction: include sections only when posting has real, specific content. Location is specific content. However we already have Pay section with salary ranges per state; the city list may be additional location details. Could we add a Location section? The allowed headings list does not include Location, but we could incorporate location info into Pay or maybe Schedule? Not appropriate. The instruction says use headings for those specific section headings; but we can also add other headings if needed? It says: "Usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive
