WorkForce Software, Senior Functional Implementation Consultant
Responsibilities
- Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
- Help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through your expertise and relationship-building.
- Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
- Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the WorkForce solution.
- Collaborate with associates in sales and support and exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
- Multi-task and communicate effectively, sharing essential information with clients and the teams you work with at ADP.
Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of experience working in software implementations.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
- The ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel.
- A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include: experience noted above OR military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
Qualifications
- You have at least 4-6 years of experience working in software implementations.
- You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- You have experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
- You will have the ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel.
- Associates that are located near an ADP or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.

Pay
USD $69,300.00 - USD $129,200.00 / Year*
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
