WorkForce Software, Pre-Sales Technical Application Consultant

Responsibilities

• Create Complex Product Demonstrations.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned area to turn complex requirements into creative product demonstrations for our prospective enterprise clients across the world.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your internal partners and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
• Present and Attend. Occasionally, you may be asked to attend calls or demos with our clients or prospective customers to answer advanced questions about our products and configurations.

Requirements

• You are a self-starter with a passion for research and problem solving.
• You will have the ability to learn WorkForce Software product configurations and formula language.
• You will have knowledge of databases and SQL.
• You will work well as a team member and be motivated individually.
• You can prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds.
• You can suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities.
• You will have strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• You can travel up to 10% with the potential for international travel.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• Experience in the Human Capital Management space is preferred.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or another object-oriented programming language is preferred.
• Experience with complex software configuration is preferred.

Skills

USD $59,900.00 - USD $147,500.00 / Year*

Schedule

Hybrid work model with up to 10% travel, potentially international.
