About the role
Play a key role behind the scenes helping ensure the Goodskills Career Builder program runs smoothly and supports individuals on their path to meaningful employment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating schedules, calendars, and program logistics
- Preparing materials for orientations, trainings, and graduation events
- Maintaining accurate participant records and program documentation
- Entering and managing data in program systems and tracking tools
- Communicating with participants, graduates, and partners
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks that keep the program running efficiently
Requirements
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Comfort working with data, systems, and documentation
- A commitment to handling confidential information with care
Qualifications
- Bonus if you have experience with databases or case management systems
