About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our global payment solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our global payment solutions market share.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and loyalty through innovative payment solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting global payments.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our payment solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with global markets and understanding of international regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms.
