Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary WFP business partner and advisor to Cloud executive leadership, translating investment priorities into sophisticated capacity models to bridge finance and business execution.
- Act as the central coordination hub bridging internal Finance teams with external business partners. Synchronize Google Cloud Headcount and Payroll cost planning, forecasting, and complex cycles to ensure seamless alignment and deep fiscal accountability.
- Lead productivity analysis and AI-driven modeling across Go-to-market (GTM) and Engineering, leveraging metrics to optimize global talent distribution and measure the efficiency gains of internal AI tools.
- Provide thought leadership to translate Cloud executive growth strategies into measurable workforce scorecards (e.g., talent density, productivity ROI), balancing headcount capacity tradeoffs where priorities overlap.
- Establish a single source of truth at enterprise scale, architecting a connected, accurate workforce data foundation that delivers actionable guidance to partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
- Preferred qualifications: 10 years of FP&A, strategy, or workforce planning experience, with expertise managing enterprise-scale, multibillion-dollar budgets ($10B+) and large global workforces (40k+).
- Expertise in workforce planning tools and advanced analytics, leveraging AI-driven automation to streamline headcount forecasting and solve capacity constraints.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a proven ability to advise C-suite leadership and build trusted partnerships.
- Exceptional financial acumen and operational, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities, test traditional headcount models, and maximize the ROI of talent investments.
Pay
US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
