Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with workforce organizations
- Serve as the main contact for Global Affairs
- Certify support the design and execution of workforce initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and programs
- Create playbooks for workforce partners
- Monitor project outcomes and refine future initiatives
- Engage with external stakeholders at events and workshops
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in partnership management within workforce development or nonprofit sectors
- Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Pioneered track record of executing multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Passion for expanding access to opportunity through technology and education
- Familiarity with credentialing and adult learning programs
- Experience with public-private partnerships

Compensation
$100,000 – $150,000 annually
