About the Role

Join our team as a Workforce Management Specialist I in a hybrid role based in the Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA region. This contract position involves providing operational support for workforce management functions, including scheduling, staff coordination, and workforce system management.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify schedules using workforce management software.
• Monitor real-time schedule adherence and resolve issues with management.
• Update staff schedules with changes such as meals, breaks, and shift adjustments.
• Coordinate staff allocation to achieve workforce management goals.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures and reports from scheduling software.
