Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with hybrid work guidelines.
• Support reporting and data analysis related to workforce management metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of workforce activities and updates.
• Participate in external audits and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hybrid work environments and scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site at Merrifield, VA, a minimum of three days per week.
