About the role
The USACE, Office of the CIO/G-6 seeks a professional to manage and advise on workforce resources and personnel actions.
Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of and advise on changes affecting functional areas.
- Perform on-going analysis of workforce resources.
- Track the status of personnel actions and assist managers.
- Assess organization needs and identify opportunities.
- Maintain and track personnel requests.
- Coordinate with diverse workforce teams.
- Provide advice and information on assigned areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Conditions of employment: Business travel may be required 10% of the time.
- Qualifications: Must meet one of the employment authorities listed.
Qualifications
- Specialized experience: Reviewing personnel programs and streamlining processes.
- Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education.
- Combination of education and experience: At least 100% of the requirements met.
