Workforce Engagement Specialist

Conceptualize, develop, implement and consult on recruitment and outreach strategies

• Lead generation and internal employer branding

Craft and test compelling messages and UX/UI journeys

• Across marketing, communication and engagement channels

Manage the flow of internal communications

• Including intake, drafting, coordination and distribution across teams and leaders

Partner with senior leaders

• To translate ideas and priorities into clear, actionable messaging and communication plans

Create content and strategies for staff learning and engagement initiatives

• Onboarding, training and development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in marketing or communications; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (including branding, UI/UX and content design)
