Responsibilities
- Review incoming project requests and staffing requirements.
- Identify and assign qualified technicians based on project scope, location, and skillset.
- Clock availability, scheduling, and confirmations with technicians.
- Maintain backup resources to ensure project continuity.
- Ensure all contractors complete required onboarding.
- Track and verify compliance documentation prior to deployment.
- Resolve onboarding issues.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Update contractor profiles, skills, and assignment history.
- Track onboarding status and project readiness.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT teams.
- Aid technicians with onboarding, assignments, and project-related questions.
- Ensure clear communication of project expectations.

- Monitor project readiness and resolve last-minute gaps.
- 1–3 years of experience in staffing, coordination, operations, recruiting, or workforce management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with spreadsheets, CRMs, or workforce systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Familiarity with data center or technical environments.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Qualifications
Pay
Base salary between $65,000-$70,000
Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-10%
