About the role
Working with us takes a certain kind of person; we want someone who identifies with our values and is willing to challenge themselves both personally and professionally. We seek employees who are passionate about serving and making a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
- The Career Coach is the primary point of contact with the participants and others in the participant’s circle of influence, meets the regulatory requirements for eligibility, participation, case notes and follow up services detailing service needs and activities/arrangements for their fulfillment, regarding employment, retention, and termination, according to data-management procedures established by program management and the funding sources.

- Facilitate discovery sessions to explore strengths, interests, and goals, helping participants create realistic, personalized career pathways.
- Connect participants to education and upskilling opportunities through partnerships with eligible training providers and credentialed programs.
- Support access to work-based learning opportunities including internships, On-the-Job Training (OJT), transitional jobs, and apprenticeships.
