About the role

Under minimal supervision, support the Human Resources Workforce Analytics and Planning function. Provide super user administration and subject matter expert (SME) support on Workforce Analytics and Planning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Generate advanced ad-hoc and production reports, metrics, and analytics.
  • Discover and explore patterns and trends.
  • Collaborate with customers to create standardized enterprise reporting libraries and dashboards.
  • Ensure stakeholders are trained and current in report libraries and end user reporting tools.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on data reconciliation.
  • Develop new and/or enhanced metrics and reporting methods and documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and reduce production time on reports, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Support preparation and validation of data for onboarding into enterprise workforce analytics tool.
  • Coordinate the design and development of training materials to educate the HR departments and organization staff on system access, navigation, and utilization for the Workforce Analytics and Planning tools.
  • Assist in delivery of training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (HR, Business, or Information Systems) required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 2 years of experience in HR, Analytics, or Information Systems.
  • Experience with Visier Workforce Analytics and Planning or similar tool.
  • Advanced Excel skills: comfort with lookups, logical/aggregation formulas; cleaning, parsing, and filtering data; creating and formatting charts and visualizations to arrive at clean, presentable reports.
  • Database skills: able to write queries and join datasets in relational databases; filter, parse, and clean data using basic functions.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
