Workflow Operations Manager

About the role

We're seeking a Workflow Operations Manager to lead a key part of our production system. This role involves transforming data, files, and customer inputs into production-ready output, working in Prepress, Data/Mailing Services, and Storefront operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Prepress, Data/Mailing Services, and Storefront operations
• Ensure files, data, storefront orders, and workflows are accurate and production-ready
• Improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support workflow automation initiatives
• Partner with Production, Scheduling, Account Management, IT, and Client Services to support smooth execution
• Help build scalable, repeatable systems that improve quality, speed, and accountability

Requirements

• Required Experience:
  • Leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Technical curiosity and interest in systems, workflows, and process improvement
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and drive execution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Nice to Have:
  • Print, production, mailing, or prepress experience
  • Exposure to workflow automation, storefronts, data processing, or production systems
