Responsibilities
- Perform current state and future state operational analysis, which is used to assist in building the customer’s business processes, consistent with Quanum Enterprise Content Management (EDM) System functionality.
- Design, develop, and deploy Quanum ECM business automation solutions to customers which include, but are not limited to the following: Workflow maps using the Quanum ECS workflow toolkit, intelligent eForms using OpenText Liquid Office Form Designer, Business Process Management workflows using OpenText Liquid Office Suite, Intelligent Data Capture, Scanning batch classes, UNIX shell and Perl scripts.
- Prepare supporting documentation on the Quanum ECS workflow features and functionality, Intelligent eForms, and the BPM solution.
- Participate in internal process improvement and design initiatives.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 2+ years’ experience as a developer or QA engineer in the software industry
- Healthcare experience or vendor experience focused on enterprise healthcare applications
About the Role
This position is responsible for assisting with the design and deployment of customized Quanum Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business process automation solutions, achieving our customer’s unique process improvement objectives. This includes working through the full development life cycle including analysis, specification, design, development, testing, implementation and support.
