We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real content. We need to parse the posting. Given content: Department: Claims Administration & Adjusting Location: San Diego, CA Compensation: $75,000 - $83,000 / year Description: Our Story ... (some prose). Then "Key Responsibilities" list. Then "Skills, knowledge & expertise" list. Then "Benefits" list. Then "Compensation Transparency" paragraph about salary range. Also "Essential Functions" list. We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role: could be the "Our Story" description paragraph(s). Could also include Department/Location? Probably not needed as heading but we can include in a paragraph. - Responsibilities: the "Key Responsibilities" bullet list. - Requirements / Qualifications: The "Skills, knowledge & expertise" includes education, experience, designations, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications but we can combine maybe as Requirements. - Skills: maybe separate but we can include within Requirements. - Benefits: the Benefits list. - Pay: we have compensation range; we can include a Pay section with that range. - Schedule: not mentioned; we should not create. We must not repeat job title as heading (not given). We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation Transparency? Actually Compensation Transparency is about pay range; we already have Pay section; we could incorporate that paragraph but not as heading? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have Pay section with the compensation range. The Compensation Transparency paragraph is basically same info; we can include that as part of Pay section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to extract bullet points exactly as given. Let's list sections:

We could also include "Essential Functions" as a separate section maybe Responsibilities already cover; but Essential Functions list includes: Maintain regular and dependable attendance. Be available and able to perform job responsibilities during established work hours. Background Check & Fair Chance Compliance etc. That's more like generic HR. Might be considered Responsibilities? But we can include as a separate section maybe "Essential Functions". However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Essential Functions into Responsibilities? But they are distinct: attendance, availability, background check. Might be better to include as a separate section "Essential Functions". However we need to see if that adds thin section. It has a few items; could be okay. But we already have Responsibilities and Requirements; adding Essential Functions may be okay. Let's extract Essential Functions bullet points: From text: "Essential Functions The following responsibilities and expectations are considered essential to the successful performance of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Maintain regular and dependable attendance.Be available and able to perform job responsibilities during established work hours. Background Check & Fair Chance Compliance Any background check or review of criminal history, if applicable to the role, will be conducted only after a conditional offer of employment and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including fair‑chance hiring requirements. Massachusetts Notice It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability. AI Policy At Davies, we value authentic conversations and a fair candidate experience. While candidates may use AI and technology tools to prepare for interviews, we expect interview responses and assessments to reflect each individual's own experience, knowledge, and professional judgment. We do not use sites like Facebook, Craigslist, or Telegram to recruit or interview potential employees or contractors. If you have been asked to provide any information through any method other than our career portal, please email us at recruitment@davies-group.com" We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation Transparency, Background Check & Fair Chance Compliance, Massachusetts Notice, AI Policy etc. Those are boilerplate/legal. So we should drop those. The Essential Functions list includes only: Maintain regular and dependable attendance. Be available and able to perform job responsibilities during established work hours. The rest is boilerplate. So we can keep those two items as Essential Functions. Thus we can have

Essential Functions

with
  • Maintain regular and dependable attendance.
  • Be available and able to perform job responsibilities during established work hours.
Now Pay section: we have compensation range: $75,000 - $83,000 / year. Also Compensation Transparency paragraph: "The salary range listed reflects the full compensation band for this role across all locations. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location, which may impact the final offer. We share ranges to remain transparent and consistent with pay equity practices." We can include that as part of Pay section paragraph. Thus:

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $83,000 per year. The salary range listed reflects the full compensation band for this role across all locations. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location, which may impact the final offer. We share ranges to remain transparent and consistent with pay equity practices.

Benefits section: we have Benefits list. Extract Benefits bullet points: "Medical, dental, and vision plans to support your health and that of your family A 401(k) plan with employer matching Time‑off policies, including Discretionary Time Off (DTO) for exempt employees and Paid Time Off (PTO) for non‑exempt employees Paid holidays Life insurance and short‑term and long‑term disability coverage Benefit offerings, eligibility, and required employer contributions may vary based on role, classification, and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those tied to an employee’s primary work location. Where required by law, the Company provides paid sick leave, paid family and parental leave, and other mandated benefits in accordance with applicable state and local requirements." We need to keep all substantive info; the last two sentences are somewhat generic but still substantive about benefits variability and mandated benefits. We'll keep them as list items or as paragraph? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should make each bullet a
  • . However the last two sentences are not bullet style but we can still treat as list items. Thus:

    Benefits

    • Medical, dental, and vision plans to support your health and that of your family
    • A 401(k) plan with employer matching
    • Time‑off policies, including Discretionary Time Off (DTO) for exempt employees and Paid Time Off (PTO) for non‑exempt employees
    • Paid holidays
    • Life insurance and short‑term and long‑term disability coverage
    • Benefit offerings, eligibility, and required employer contributions may vary based on role, classification, and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those tied to an employee’s primary work location.
    • Where required by law, the Company provides paid sick leave, paid family and parental leave, and other mandated benefits in accordance with applicable state and local requirements.
Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info like Department and Location. Could include in About the role paragraph or maybe a separate "Overview" but not required. The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include Department and Location in a short paragraph after About the role maybe as part of About the role. But we already have About the role paragraph; we could add a sentence: "This position is located in San Diego, CA within the Claims Administration & Adjusting department." That would preserve info. Let's incorporate that. Thus About the role paragraph: combine the original story plus location/department. Let's craft:
