About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and managing workers' compensation lien claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze workers' compensation lien claims
  • Collaborate with legal teams to resolve disputes
  • Prepare and submit documentation for claim adjudication
  • Monitor and manage ongoing claims to ensure timely resolution
  • Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., insurance, healthcare)
  • At least 3 years of experience in claims adjusting or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
  • Experience with claim management software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
