About the role
The Workers Compensation Lien Claims Professional will be responsible for investigating and resolving claims involving lien disputes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve lien disputes in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Review and analyze claims documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and insurance carriers to resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
- Ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., insurance, healthcare, law).
- At least 3 years of experience in claims adjusting or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
