Qualifications

• Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing required
• Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus
• Client-focused approach: proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service from assignment through resolution
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners

Pay

Salary range: $100,000–$220,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
