About the role

The Workers Compensation Critical Claim Specialist is responsible for handling high-priority claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize critical claims based on severity and urgency
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely claim resolutions
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensure all claims are filed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor claim statuses and escalate issues as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
