About the role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. Our work environment is hybrid with some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers’ Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation, and work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Requirements
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree
- Member, State Bar of California
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Commitment to proactive case management
