Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Maryland Bar in good standing
- 3+ years of experience handling personal injury, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, or a closely related practice area
- Strong litigation, negotiation, legal writing, and case‑management skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload while working effectively within a team
- Strong client‑service and communication skills
- Prior plaintiff‑side experience strongly preferred
- Trial and courtroom experience is a plus
Pay
$100,000 - $180,000 per year
