About the role
This Operations Worker II – Warehouse role supports daily shipping and receiving activities within a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities include operating forklifts to move and stage pallets, using RF scanners to track inventory, loading trailers accurately, and working closely with drivers to verify shipments and process documentation. Employees are expected to stay active throughout the shift and assist across general warehouse operations as needed.
Work is physically demanding and performed in a non-temperature-controlled, dusty industrial setting, requiring attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks. A strong safety mindset is essential, with an expectation to follow procedures, operate equipment safely, and maintain an organized workspace. This role is ideal for dependable individuals with forklift experience who take pride in accuracy, stay productive, and contribute to a team-focused warehouse operation.
Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance and active participation in all relevant safety and environmental programs
- Receives, stores, cares for, processes, packages, distributes, and applies products and services within the facility or customer locations, including housekeeping and upkeep
- Performs basic quality inspections and records operational data
- Performs accurate input duties using company operating systems and programs
- Operates and maintains various types of mobile and fixed equipment

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience required
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
- Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
- Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet
- Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Working conditions may include dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces
